Patrick Piana joined Stoli Group, in June 2015 as President and CEO, bringing more than 25 years of general management and brand leadership and over 18 years of experience in the spirits industry to the company. His belief in supporting diversity as an essential business value can be seen in all the organizations Patrick has led. His crucial support of having a strong Stoli LGBT Ambassador like Patrik Gallineaux, has made Stoli a spirits leader in the US providing substantial promotion and collaboration with the LGBT’s “unofficial community centers”, the bars and clubs that had, and have historically played the role of gathering point and safe space all across the US. Under Piana’s leadership, Stoli has launched a 2018 campaign to mark the 40th anniversary of Harvey Milk’s historic and inspiring 11 months of service as an elected official and provide financial support for the Harvey milk Foundation.

Previously, Piana held the CEO post at the Remy Martin House for five years, during which the company’s operating profits more than tripled. He was also Global Brand Owner for Pernod Ricard’s American Brands, Wild Turkey Bourbon and Seagram’s Gin. He was Chief Operating Officer at Laureate International Universities based in Paris directly before joining Stoli.

Piana holds a Master’s degree in Economics & Management from the University of Paris Nanterre and a post-graduate degree in Strategy & Management from the University of Paris Dauphine. Additionally, he is an alumnus of INSEAD where he attended the Advanced Management Program in 1999.
